Tim went above and beyond. Referred us to an amazing realtor as well. He will tell you when you’re ready and when you’re not ready to buy a house. If you’re not ready, he will stay and work with you so you are able to afford one even if it takes several months. He works around the clock and will work with your schedule no matter what time of day it is. I couldn’t think of ever asking anyone different for help buying a house.

In 2011, I googled 'VA Mortgage Lender' in Washington State. Tim Barlow popped up top of the list. I called to discuss my VA home loan eligibility for my move back to Washinton State. He picked up my call immediately and we met for lunch when I got to town. From then on, Tim proved to be the best VA Home Loan lender I've ever had. He has closed several loans for me, and I refer all my friends and family to him.

I found out about Tim Barlow because my current loan officer at the time was doing terrible work for us and wouldn’t even help me use my VA benefits. Our realtor Jessica was getting frustrated with that the loan officer was unresponsive and didn’t care much to help us. Thankfully our realtor suggested Tim and his company West Coast Veterans. Tim Barlow is by far the best Veteran centered loan officer in the area. We tried going through 2 other loan companies but were unsuccessful and even Navy Federal told us the fastest they could do was a 60 day closing, but Tim had ours done in 3 weeks. He is aggressive with getting his clients the best rates on the market and even got a buy down for our interest. A matter of fact, our interest rate was so low that the title/escrow company was shocked and said it was the lowest they have seen in a long time. I truly swear by this company and you will too if you go through West Coast Veterans.
